Quad Mountain LLC warranty obligations for the Ultimate One (the “Product”) are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Quad Mountain LLC warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Quad Mountain LLC within the Warranty Period, at its option, Quad Mountain LLC will repair, replace or refund the Product. Quad Mountain LLC warrants repaired Products and replacement Products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for 90 days. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product returned becomes Quad Mountain LLC’s property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Quad Mountain LLC’s property.
Exclusions and Limitations
Quad Mountain LLC’s limited warranty applies only to the Product. The warranty does not apply to any non-Quad Mountain LLC product, even if packaged or sold with the Product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage, water and/or sweat damage, dropping and or falling in or outside the Product, cracking, to any non-Quad Mountain LLC product. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the Product (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, act of nature, or modification of the Product. Quad Mountain LLC’s Products are not protective iPod cases. Quad Mountain LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or loss of any kind to any iPod resulting from the use of the Product.
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Quad Mountain LLC specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Quad Mountain LLC cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Quad Mountain LLC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quad Mountain LLC is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the Quad Mountain LLC Product or through use of its web site. We shall not be liable for any linked sites. Our total liability shall be limited to any amount paid by you for the cost of products purchased from this site.
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above (“consumer laws”), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, Quad Mountain LLC’s liability is limited, at its sole option, to replace, repair, or refund the Product.

To return a defective Product within the 90 day warranty period the buyer shall follow these instructions:
1. Fill out and submit the claim form (you will need your receipt).
2. Quad Mountain, LLC will provide an RMA number (via email) with the return shipping address.
3. Box up your defective item, enclose a copy of the email with the RMA number on it, and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. You must include a copy of your original receipt.
4. Buyer, at their expense, shall send item back via trackable shipping method (Example: USPS with tracking) to the address provided with your RMA number.
5. Once we have received, approved, and processed the claim, a repair/replacement will be sent, or a return credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling) will be authorized.
Items purchased through a provider other than quadmountain.com shall be handled through that provider.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping rates will be provided at time of checkout. The costs are based on the order quantity and shipping cost may vary based on location. For orders over 20 please contact us using our contact form.
Do Not send us an email to get shipping costs (except for orders of more than 20). They will be provided at time of checkout
Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number. All orders are the responsibility of the buyer once a delivery confirmation has been provided.

Florida residents incur a 6% sales tax
Import Duties/Fees/Charges – We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product.
